Investor Deck

Our Story

Structure Cycleworks is a Canadian company that has pioneered a patented full frame linkage suspension bike for mountain bikes.

The results have been Amazing

Original seed funding was used to prove that we could build a full linkage bike that performs as well or better than the best competitor brands. We succeeded in that mission.

You are invited to participate in the launch of our next seed funding round to raise $1.6M USD to complete the technology for a new modular front suspension that expands the product line to include aluminum frames at lower price points.

Our Technology

Our Technology

Why is it better?

  • Hyper responsive front end smooths out the trail bumps and chatter
  • Fork angle slackens under compression when you need it for added stability

Why is it faster?

  • Balance: Matching front & rear shock “propel” the bike forward
  • Tuneable setup to match ride profile

Why is it more stable?

  • Trail (self-centering tendency of the steering) grows under compression
  • Far less brake dive and more available travel
